横河電機株式会社は、先進的なIT（情報技術）・OT（運用技術）統合ソリューションを提供する Web Synergies (S) Pte.Ltd.を買収することで合意しましたので、お知らせいたします。両社は10年以上にわたり、社内外のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）に向けたソリューション・サービスの提供で協業しており、横河は2021年10月にウェブシナジーズ社に出資。今回の買収により、横河はクラウドサービス、企業データ管理・統合サービス、IT/OTセキュリティソリューションなど、顧客に提供するDX関連事業をさらに強化します。買収時期は5月上旬の予定。
1998年に設立されたウェブシナジーズは、オーダーメイドのビジネスソリューションとコンサルティングを提供し、売上促進、生産性向上、オペレーションとマーケティングの合理化により、お客様のビジネスを変革します。経験豊富なビジネスソフトウェアプロバイダーとして、独自の強みを生かし、革新的で持続可能なビジネスの構築と運営をお手伝いします。ウェブシナジーズはシンガポールの本社に加え、ハイデラバード、バンガロール、東京、ドバイ、ヒューストン、ホーチミンにオフィスを構えています。
