助太刀とダイダン、人材獲得支援で提携

Sukedachi Co., Ltd., which operates one of Japan’s largest construction human resources matching platforms, has begun an initiative in collaboration with Daidan Co., Ltd. to support Daidan’s partner companies in securing human resources.

Japan’s construction industry is a huge industry, employing approximately 5 million people. However, chronic labor shortages have become a serious problem due to the retirement of on-site craftsmen due to aging, and a decrease in new young workers due to unimproved labor and management environments.

近年、ゼネコンやサブコンと連携する中小建設業は、自助努力だけでは人材確保が難しくなっており、このままでは人手不足がさらに深刻化すると言われています。そのため、ゼネコンが下請け企業の人材確保を支援する取り組みが盛んに行われています。
