株式会社レブコム、新サービス "MiiTel Synapse "を発表

RevComm Inc. has introduced “MiiTel Synapse,” a new voice AI service aimed at streamlining business decision-making through deeper integration across its MiiTel product suite, which includes Phone, Call Center, Meetings, and RecPod. The new offering consists of two core features: “MiiTel Synapse Copilot” and “MiiTel Synapse Agent.” Together, they form a unified voice AI platform that operates across both application and data layers, supporting functions from sales and customer support to internal meetings and management.
