HAQTSUYA Co., Ltd., which handles intermediate businesses for hometown tax payments, has entered into a comprehensive business partnership with Omluc Co., Ltd., which uses AI to support business improvement, on July 1, 2025. Through this partnership, HAQTSUYA has significantly expanded its strengths in solving business issues for local companies and government agencies by utilizing Omluc’s advanced AI solutions.

今後、両社はそれぞれのノウハウやネットワークを活かした共同開発や市場拡大を推進し、地域や行政の課題解決に役立つAI製品の開発・導入を進めていきます。

八ツ矢 は、全国の自治体や地元企業と緊密なネットワークを構築し、地域経済の持続的な発展を支援してきました。また、2025年5月には株式会社博報堂と資本業務提携を締結し、ふるさと納税寄附金市場において、返礼品事業の開発、マーケティング支援、自治体業務の効率化などに取り組んでいます。

その一方で オムルック is an AI solutions company with a strong track record in the field of process automation using generative AI. It is accelerating the implementation of AI in the field by providing support for the implementation of “Dify,” a no-code platform that allows you to build AI applications without coding, and “Rakuriku,” an AI service specialized for the human resources industry.

両社は、これまでも「AIふるさと納税コンシェルジュ」や「CUSTOS」など複数のプロジェクトで協業しており、今回の提携は、両社の協業をさらに拡大・深化させるものです。
