ベータマインド、アドウェイズのVANso社と業務提携

ベータマインド Inc., which provides the recruitment AI agent service “Recruit Kimarukun” that utilizes generative AI, has entered into a business partnership agreement with VANso Inc., a subsidiary of Adways Inc.

As a result, VANso will gradually begin providing direct recruiting support using “Kaiyo Kimarukun” in its human resources support business, which began in July 2025.

In response to the challenges of “highly accurate candidate identification” and “one-to-one approach,” which could not be fully addressed through conventional uniform job postings and scout emails, バンソ has built an AI agent dedicated to the job posting process, which automates the extraction and approach of candidates with high match potential based on the content of the job posting, aiming to provide a more value-added recruitment support service by utilizing “Kaiyo Kimaru-kun.”
