GFLOPS Inc. and the RIKEN Institute are pleased to announce that on the support site for the supercomputer “Fugaku”, initial inquiries from users who previously filled out a form were handled by humans, but have now been completely automated using the generative AI assistant “AskDona”.
”AskDona” was introduced in July of last year as a generative AI chat that applies Search Augmentation Generation (RAG) technology, with the aim of encouraging users to solve their first-stage inquiries from the Fugaku support site themselves. When it was introduced, a rigorous review was conducted on the accuracy of the answers, and the unique RAG mechanism that can handle large volumes of multiple files at the same time was highly evaluated.
