NetOn Co., Ltd., which provides the recruitment marketing tool “Recruiting Manager,” entered into a business partnership with the Higashiosaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry on March 1, 2025. By providing services to member companies of the Higashiosaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we will contribute to supporting recruitment for small and medium-sized enterprises in Higashiosaka City.
Higashiosaka City is known as one of Japan’s leading industrial cities and a “city of manufacturing,” with an industrial structure that is highly concentrated with a wide variety of small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in metal, machinery, and other fields.
しかし、国内では都市部への一極集中が加速しており、東大阪市の企業でも製造業を中心に人手不足や採用難が深刻化しています。

ネットオンはこれまで、商工会議所や地方銀行との業務提携を通じて、各地域の中小企業の採用課題解決に向けたサービスを展開してまいりました。しかしこの度、東大阪市内の中小企業の採用支援を強化することを目的に、東大阪商工会議所と新たに業務提携することとなりました。
この業務提携を通じて ネトン そして 東大阪商工会議所 東大阪の中小企業が抱える採用課題を解決し、ひいては地域経済の活性化に貢献することを目的としています。
