HRbase PRO、中小企業福祉事業団と提携

HRbase Inc., provider of the labor consultation platform “HRbase,” is pleased to announce that it will begin a business partnership with the Small and Medium Enterprise Welfare Foundation from April 21, 2025.

HRbase PRO, a cloud service for social insurance and labor consultants, has undergone repeated feature renewal since its launch in March 2021, and as of April 2025, is helping social insurance and labor consultant offices solve problems with its proprietary AI function called “Labor Assistant AI.”

この4年間で社会の変化は急速に進み、多様な働き方への対応や労働者の意識変化、採用問題の解決など、社会保険労務士が抱える課題はこれまで以上に広がっています。また、社会保険労務士業界にもAI活用をはじめとする業務改革の波が押し寄せており、HRbaseにも多くのご要望やご意見が寄せられています。
