AgriTrio is developing a one-day part-time agricultural job app called “NouHow” that connects farmers with spot workers. Users can easily register through the app and search for agricultural jobs that suit them based on conditions such as region, work content, and schedule. Farmers can also flexibly recruit workers for short-term or long-term employment. By supporting diverse working styles and providing a “first step” into agriculture, the app aims to create new workers and realize sustainable agriculture for farmers who are struggling with labor shortages.
In Japan, seasonality, short-term employment, and inefficiency on the ground are unavoidable, and the “difficulty of working” is a barrier for young people who want to work in agriculture and for those who work part-time or multiple jobs. For example, the time and cost required for “cash handover” or “bank transfer” to pay wages on the ground was a major burden for both farmers and AgriTrio.

Agritrio is also focusing on “improving convenience and value for farmers and workers.” If the aforementioned efficiency in payment of remuneration can be achieved to solve the problem of labor shortages in agriculture, Agritrio will be able to redirect management resources to other areas and create new added value.
さらに アグリトリオ‘s mid- to long-term vision is to create a “comprehensive agricultural platform” where farmers can get real information and experience through “NouHow” and efficiently meet reliable human resources. As a partner for the payment function, which is positioned at the core of this platform, TwooCa plans to continue to strengthen its development and collaboration.
