加藤産業、「Concur Expense」をグループ全社で採用

加藤産業兵庫県西宮市に本社を置く食品卸売業の株式会社コンカーは、経費管理プラットフォームとして Concur Expense を採用しました。2025年6月より従業員約1,000名で利用を開始し、順次国内グループ会社へ展開予定。コンカーが18日に発表したもの。同社はこれまで、経費精算は自社開発のシステムで対応。

しかし、法改正や社員の働き方改革の推進など、目まぐるしく変化する外部環境に対応するため、Concur Expenseの導入を決定。これにより、経費の申請から承認までがデジタルで完結し、ペーパーレス化を推進するとともに、時間や場所にとらわれない柔軟な運用が可能になりました。将来的には、改ざんができないキャッシュレス決済データを外部サービスと自動連携することで、申請者の入力負担を大幅に軽減することが期待されます。また、承認者も最小限の確認で処理を完了できるようになり、業務効率の向上が期待されます。
