Finatext社、SaaS型デジタル保険システム "Inspire "上で「Inspire査定サポートLLM」の提供を開始

Finatext Inc., a member of the Finatext Group that realizes embedded finance through the provision of next-generation financial infrastructure, began offering “Inspire Assessment Support LLM,” a function that uses AI to automatically generate insurance assessment documents, on its SaaS-based digital insurance system “Inspire” from Tuesday, March 4, 2025. This function has been introduced in the payment assessment operations of Smart Plus Small Amount and Short-Term Insurance Co., Ltd.

保険契約者からの保険金請求を受けて行う保険金査定業務は、数百ページにも及ぶ複雑な約款に基づく専門性の高い判断が求められます。そのため、ナレッジの蓄積や共有が難しく、業務に精通したスタッフへの負担の偏りや業務の属人化といった問題が生じがちです。フィナテックスグループの少額短期保険会社であるスマートプラスSSIでも、事業拡大に伴い査定件数が増加する中、査定業務の効率化を迫られていました。この問題に対処するため ファイナテキスト developed a function that uses generative AI to support the creation of assessment documents, which accounts for the majority of the assessment work, using Amazon Web Services services, and decided to provide it on “Inspire.”
