Rakubil Co., Ltd., which operates the “Rakubil TeX” platform for improving the efficiency and sophistication of tenant operations for commercial real estate, is pleased to announce that it has raised a total of 170 million yen, including a third-party allotment of new shares totaling approximately 150 million yen underwritten by Animal Spirits No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership, as well as a loan of 20 million yen from the Japan Finance Corporation and Yamanashi Chuo Bank.
