株式会社TRENDEは、第三者割当増資により10.7億円の資金調達を実施し、2025年3月19日付で株式会社東京センチュリー、全国農業協同組合連合会、全農エネルギー株式会社、東芝インフラシステム＆ソリューション株式会社の4社が新たに株主となりましたのでお知らせいたします。当社は、この資本提携を機に、各社と以下のような事業シナジーを追求してまいります。
トレンド 当社は、太陽光発電システム・蓄電池リース事業「テラリス」を運営しており、今後の事業拡大や東京センチュリー株式会社との金融・アセットマネジメント分野での協業に向けた資金調達を行います。
また、全国農業協同組合中央会が主導する「スマートアグリコミュニティ事業」の一環として、群馬県にある全農エナジー株式会社の小売電気事業者であるJAでんきと連携し、P2P（Peer to Peer）電力取引技術を活用した地産地消の電力交流事業を展開しています。今後、エリアを拡大し、全農会員に導入できるよう電気メニューを整備していきます。

Toshiba Infrastructure Systems & Solutions Corporation and Toshiba have been working together on the local production and consumption of electricity using their V2X system and our P2P (Peer to Peer) electricity trading scheme as part of the Ehime Prefecture Triangle Ehime Promotion Project “Digital Implementation Acceleration Project.” Based on the results of this initiative, we will introduce this initiative to local governments across Japan, including Ehime Prefecture, and jointly contribute to the realization of local production and consumption of electricity and a low-carbon society in each region of Japan.
