LegalOn Technologies Inc., the provider of “LegalOn: World Leading Legal AI,” has concluded an issuance agreement for preferred shares with Mizuho Bank, Ltd. as the underwriter. Following this, the company will go beyond the framework of partner companies in Mizuho Digital Connect, an initiative by Mizuho Bank to support digital transformation for its corporate clients, and will strengthen its collaboration with the bank in supporting digital transformation for the bank and its clients.
