サンサン Inc., a provider of DX services that change the way we work, will begin offering a new feature, “Pre-application Option,” for its cloud-based expense settlement service, “Bill One Expenses”, in September.
With rising prices in recent years, the burden of employees having to pay expenses in advance has increased. While having all employees use corporate cards is an effective way to eliminate this, the risk of fraudulent use has become an issue. Bill One developed this feature to solve this issue and create an environment where companies can safely use corporate cards. This feature automatically sets the usage period and upper limit of the “Bill One Business Card” based on the expense reports submitted in advance by employees on Bill One. This reduces the risk of fraudulent use of corporate cards and also reduces the amount of work required for administrators to set up cards.

新機能の背景
Recently, rising prices have increased not only the cost of living but also the burden of expenses paid in advance by company employees. According to our survey, the amount of goods and services paid in advance by company employees as expenses in the past month has increased by an average of 16.6% compared to one year ago, and it has been revealed that more than half have “experienced difficulties” in managing household finances.
To fundamentally eliminate advance expense payments, it is effective to have all employees use corporate cards. However, expanding the use of corporate cards carries risks such as unintentional personal use by employees and unauthorized use by third parties if the card is lost. Furthermore, the more cards there are, the more time and effort it takes for administrators to set up card usage. According to our company’s survey, currently, less than 25% of company employees use corporate cards.
