ストレイカー、英文決算短信作成を支援する「SwiftBridge AI」を発表

Straker Japan Co., Ltd., the Japanese subsidiary of Straker Group, a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that provides language solutions based on AI technology, will begin offering “SwiftBridge AI,” an ultra-high speed platform developed specifically for the simultaneous disclosure of financial results summary reports in Japanese and English by Japanese listed companies, from March 19, 2025.

東京証券取引所は、2025年4月より、プライム市場に上場する企業に対し、決算情報などの重要情報の日英同時開示を義務付けます。これまで多くの日本企業は、翻訳者による日英翻訳という従来の方法を採用しており、翻訳や確認作業に多くの時間を要していました。その結果、英語版の決算発表が日本語版より後になることが多く、海外投資家にとって公平性に欠けるものとなっていました。新ルールの適用により、企業は海外投資家が企業を評価するために必要な決算短信やエグゼクティブサマリーの英語版を迅速かつ正確に作成することが求められます。

This allows us to produce the English version of quarterly financial statements in an average of 3-5 business days, compared to an average of 7-10 business days using traditional human translation services, and English executive summaries in less than 24 hours.

David Sowerby, Chief Revenue Officer at Straker Group, said, “Japanese companies need to provide information to overseas investors in a fair and transparent manner.
