株式会社アールアンドエーシーが提供する入金照合に特化したシステム「V-ONEクラウド」は、株式会社マネーフォワードが販売するクラウド会計ソフト「マネーフォワード クラウド会計」と照合仕訳を連携できるAPI機能をリリースしました。
This collaboration makes it possible to automatically link reconciliation journal entries created in “V-ONE Cloud” to “マネー・フォワード Cloud Accounting.” This is expected to reduce the burden on accounting staff of entering journal entries and improve the accuracy of their work.
今後も「V-ONEクラウド」は、会計システムや販売管理システムをはじめとする各種会計関連システムとの連携を推進し、入金照合や売掛金管理システムの改善など、バックオフィス業務の生産性向上に貢献してまいります。

“V-ONE Cloud” is a cloud service specialized in payment reconciliation work. Payment reconciliation work, which can be complicated due to payment methods, consumption tax, fees, etc., is mainly analog work using visual inspection, manual input, spreadsheet software, etc., even in accounts receivable management. Therefore, it is a work that is prone to double input due to transcription work and errors due to manual input. In addition, payment reconciliation work requires accurate work in the short time between the payment date and the closing date.
"V-ONEクラウド” utilizes AI (machine learning) to significantly improve the efficiency of payment reconciliation work, which tends to be done visually and manually. In addition to reducing the workload by streamlining payment and collection work, it also improves the accuracy of accounts receivable management, quickly identifies outstanding accounts receivable, and promotes rapid collection.
