CloudSign, a contract management platform provided by Bengo4.com Inc., has been introduced and supported by five municipalities in Fukushima Prefecture: Tamura City, Aizubange Town, Aizumisato Town, Kawauchi Village, and Namie Town. CloudSign’s adoption share among municipalities nationwide is now approximately 70%, and as the electronic contract service with the highest number of adoptions among local governments, we will continue to promote electronic contracts nationwide.
福島県では5つの市町村が導入 クラウドサイン, and including other companies’ services, a total of 10 municipalities have adopted electronic contracts. This is equivalent to 16.9% of municipalities in the prefecture, and the adoption rate is steadily increasing.

地方自治体の電子契約導入が加速した背景には、複数の要因があります。2021年の地方自治法施行規則改正により、電子契約の導入が容易になったことに加え、先進的な自治体で具体的な効果が明らかになり、時間短縮、人件費削減、印紙代・郵券代・印刷代の節約、保管スペースの削減など、数字で示された明確なメリットが注目されたことが大きな原動力となりました。また、一部地域で導入が加速したことで、電子契約のメリットを実感する自治体が増えたことも要因の一つ。
