ネットワンシステムズとSCSK、自治体向けファイルサニタイズをテスト

NetOne Systems Co., Ltd. has successfully conducted a joint verification with SCSK Corporation to evaluate “Local Breakout Tenant Access Control” and “File Sanitization” for local governments operating under the new α’ (Alpha Dash) model.

This verification demonstrated that the α’ model, designed to enable secure use of external cloud services from LGWAN-connected devices, can significantly enhance cybersecurity while reducing the operational burden on government employees.

The initiative follows the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ 2024 update to its “Guidelines for Information Security Policies in Local Governments,” which introduced the α’ model to promote digital transformation across public administration. While the model supports broader cloud utilization, it also introduces challenges in maintaining both robust security and user convenience, particularly when handling web conferencing and external file exchanges.

今回の検証では、SCSKがローカルブレイクアウトテナントのアクセス制御の設計・実装を担当し、ネットワンシステムズがプロジェクト計画、中和・サンドボックス処理を含むファイルサニタイズ設計、オンサイト検証を担当しました。評価は2025年7月から9月にかけて、管理された環境でLGWAN接続端末を使用して実施されました。

The results confirmed that file downloads from cloud storage via proxy servers (A10 Thunder) could be sanitized automatically without staff intervention, validating the technical feasibility of achieving both strengthened security and improved operational efficiency. The verification also demonstrated that A10 Thunder can manage tenant-based connection restrictions and support essential security measures for the α’ model.

この結果を踏まえて ネットワンシステムズ そして SCSK 両社は今後、自治体の運用要件に合わせたセキュリティポリシー・ガイドラインに沿った新たなサービス提供を検討していく予定です。両社は、デジタル化を推進し、地域社会を支える安全な情報インフラの確立を目指します。
