Soliton Systems Inc. has participated in the Japan-Ukraine Public-Private Council on the Reconstruction of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Infrastructure and has begun efforts to support Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts.
The Council, JUPITeR, was established in January 2025 under the initiative of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, with the aim of promoting the participation of Japanese companies in Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts.
初会合には、日本とウクライナの政府関係者をはじめ、インフラ関連企業を中心に約100社の代表者200名以上が出席し、日本の技術によるウクライナ支援への熱意と期待を表明しました。

We will participate in this framework and contribute to the reconstruction of Ukraine’s infrastructure through cutting-edge technology. Specifically, we will contribute to the remote control of construction machinery in war-stricken areas by utilizing the “Zao Series,” a short-latency video transmission device that uses multiple mobile lines without interruption.
Soliton has been participating in demonstration experiments on the automation and remote operation of construction machinery under the “i-Construction 2.0” initiative advocated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and has been conducting technical verification. Due to improvements in the stability of carrier lines and improved work efficiency through short-delay video, remote control technology is becoming more widespread at construction sites in Japan.
ウクライナの復興には、安全かつ効率的なインフラ再建が必要です。特に戦災地では、不発弾や危険物が残る環境下で作業を行う必要があり、作業員の安全確保が大きな課題となっています。遠隔操作技術を活用することで、現地に行かずに作業を行うことが可能となり、移動困難者や負傷者にも復興支援に携わる機会を提供することができます。
当社は、この協議会のメンバーとして、海外子会社Soliton Systems Europe NVを通じて、国内外のパートナーと連携し、「蔵王シリーズ」をベースとした建設機械の遠隔制御を可能にするシステムを構築していきます。
2025年4月にドイツ・ミュンヘンで開催される建設機械業界最大級の展示会「bauma2025」に現地パートナーと共同出展し、遠隔操作技術のデモンストレーションを行う予定。
ソリトン を契機に、日本の建設技術とICTソリューションである遠隔操作技術を活用し、復興工事の効率化を図るとともに、将来的には世界のインフラ復旧と建設業界の技術革新に貢献することを目指します。
