TISインテックグループのTIS株式会社と公益財団法人科学技術振興機構は、2025年5月にオープンデータの活用促進を目的とした連携協定を締結しましたのでお知らせいたします。
本協定は、より多くの自治体が質の高いオープンデータを容易に提供できる仕組みを検討することで、オープンデータの積極的な活用を促進し、様々な課題の解決や経済の活性化、行政力の向上につなげることを目的としています。
近年、デジタル技術の進化に伴い、膨大なデータや情報が飛び交う中、政府や自治体には、これまで以上に透明性や信頼性が求められています。このような背景の中、我が国では、官民データ活用推進基本法[i]により、国や地方公共団体にオープンデータへの取り組みが義務付けられ、各自治体で情報公開が進められています。

Open data is used in a wide range of scenarios, including data analysis for application development and research, and data inquiries for solving local issues. While citizens’ needs for data are becoming more diverse, the only means of connecting data users and providers were general contact points such as administrative offices and inquiry forms, meaning that data users could not easily provide feedback on the data itself, and data providers could not fully understand the needs of users.
Therefore, in September 2024, ISIT adopted CKAN[iii] Extension Feedback, a feedback function developed by TIS, on BODIK ODCS[ii], one of the largest local government open data catalog sites in Japan, which ISIT provides. This allows data users to easily provide feedback to data providers, and data providers can receive the “real voices” of users.
こうした取り組みを通じて TIS そして 国際情報通信学会 は、オープンデータの活用を促進するための取り組みをさらに拡大することを目的として、パートナーシップ契約を締結しました。
