新しいクロマトグラフィーデータプラットフォームがGenmabとGenedataのBio-IT World Awardを受賞

バイオ医薬品の研究開発向けエンタープライズソフトウェアソリューションのリーディングプロバイダーであるゲネデータは、試験全体のクロマトグラフィーデータを管理・分析するためのベンダーを問わないユニークなソフトウェアプラットフォームであるGenedata Chromatics®を発表しました。次世代抗体医薬品開発のグローバルリーダーであるGenmabと共同で開発されたGenedata Chromaticsは、バイオ製薬企業がクロマトグラフィーデータ処理の課題を克服することを可能にします。このプラットフォームは、複数の装置や実験からのデータを統合し、より迅速な意思決定とバイオ医薬品開発のための単一の真実の情報源を提供します。この共同開発プロジェクトにより、GenedataとGenmabはBio-IT World 2025 Innovative Practices賞を受賞しました。

クロマトグラフィは、治療薬候補のさまざまな成分の分離、同定、定量を可能にし、その品質と開発可能性を評価する医薬品開発の柱です。しかし、クロマトグラフィーのデータを用いて意思決定を行うことは、断片的で時代遅れのソフトウェアに加え、データの統合や中央データレポジトリへのアップロードに必要な膨大な手作業のため、困難で非効率的でした。Genedata Chromaticsを使用することで、科学者はクロマトグラフィーデータと自動的に取得されたサンプルメタデータを組み合わせて簡単に分析することができ、実験にまたがる効率的な二次分析が可能になります。Genedata Chromaticsを使用することで、研究者はチームメンバーやパートナーグループに結果を簡単に報告することができ、共同研究のためのデータや結果へのアクセスを向上させることができます。

“When creating antibody panels, we implement several RNA and DNA quality control steps to ensure fast and efficient workflows. Previously, using different data acquisition platforms — each providing proprietary QC metrics — made it challenging to compare and report data to a central repository.
