メディメント株式会社メディフォンが提供する、医療機関や企業の健康管理を支援するクラウド型健康管理システム「メディフォン」は、株式会社カオナビが提供するタレントマネジメントシステム「カオナビ」との機能連携を開始しました。
今回の連携により、従業員の健康情報と人事情報のシームレスな連携が可能となり、企業の健康経営をより効果的に推進することが可能となります。
Mediphone Co., Ltd. began its multilingual translation system “mediPhone” business as a general incorporated association in 2014. In 2021, we began offering the cloud-based health management system “meidment” to corporations from the perspective of preventive medicine. We have expanded our business through interventions in health management support and medical interpretation know-how that we have cultivated up to now.

Kaonavi provides a talent management system called “Kaonavi” that centrally manages a company’s human resources information and supports optimal human resource utilization. By visualizing data such as employee skills, evaluation history, and transfer history, and enabling data-driven human resources strategies, カオナビ 企業の成長をサポートします。
We decided to collaborate on this project because we believe that our philosophy and the direction of Kaonabi’s services are aligned. Through this collaboration, we will centralize companies’ human resources and health information, and more effectively support employee health. We will continue to support the promotion of health management, contributing to improving organizational productivity and realizing employee well-being.
