楽天グループ株式会社が運営する全国対応の薬局予約・お薬記録アプリ「楽天ヘルスケア ヨヤクスリ」は、処方せん薬のオンライン服薬指導・配達受付機能を薬局に提供開始しました。
利用者は、希望する薬局の検索、処方薬の配送依頼、服薬指導などをアプリ上で行うことができ、自宅にいながら処方薬を受け取ることができます。また、調剤薬局は、利用者の待ち時間を短縮し、処方せん薬の受け取り方法を多様化し、業務効率を向上させることができます。

処方せんの自宅への配達を希望する利用者は、「楽天ヘルスケア ヨヤクスリ」で薬局を選択し、処方せんを送信した後、お届け先やオンライン決済情報などの必要情報を入力し、オンライン服薬指導の希望日時を予約します。アプリ上で服薬指導を受け、支払いが完了すると、必要な処方薬が薬局から発送され、自宅で受け取ることができます。また、特定の薬局をお気に入り登録することも可能。
楽天ヘルスケア will continue to utilise Rakuten’s wide-ranging service platform, including the Rakuten Healthcare health management app, to support the digital transformation of medical institutions across the country, whilst also improving convenience for users, with the aim of further contributing to local communities.
