Veeva Systems announced a major initiative called ” Veeva AI ,” which adds capabilities such as “AI Agents” and “AI Shortcuts” to the existing Veeva Vault Platform and Veeva applications to help life sciences companies automate business processes and improve employee productivity .
Veeva AIは、既存のVeevaアプリケーションにAIを迅速かつ効率的に組み込むための大規模言語モデル(LLM)に基づくアプリケーション固有のAIエージェントと、エンドユーザーの生産性を向上させるAIショートカットを提供します。Veeva AIは、臨床、薬事、安全、品質、医療、商業など、すべての主要分野のVeevaアプリケーション全体で機能します。

Customers can flexibly configure and extend Veeva’s AI Agents to build custom AI Agents for their own use cases. AI Agents can be used through a chatbot user interface or invoked via AI APIs.
Veeva AI Shortcutsは、ワークフローアシスト、インサイト生成、トピックリサーチなどの一般的なタスクをAIで簡単に自動化する機能をエンドユーザーに提供します。
