Lite” in July 2025, and has begun efforts to promote medical digital transformation and work style reform for hospital staff.

Koseiren Takaoka Hospital is the largest hospital in the western part of Toyama Prefecture, providing tertiary emergency medical care for the area’s population of approximately 450,000. Providing such advanced medical care requires the stable and continuous recruitment of excellent personnel, but in a prefecture where the population is declining and aging, securing personnel has become a major issue not only in the medical field but in all industries, with more than 70% of companies and organizations continuing to experience labor shortages*.
また、人口減少に伴い、厚生連高岡病院の医療圏人口も確実に減少しており、物価や人件費の上昇とともに、収益確保が課題となっています。

厚生連高岡病院は、こうした地域要因を克服し、医療関係者からも患者さんからも選ばれる病院となるため、医療デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進を軸とした業務改善活動に着手。その一環として、特別なITスキルを必要とせず、定型業務を短時間で自動化できるRPAの導入を検討。
During the review process, we compared multiple products while taking into consideration the situations of other hospitals, and decided to adopt the BizRobo! series, as it has a strong track record of implementation and support in medical institutions and has an excellent support system for robot development and operation compared to other companies. As for the license, we chose the server-based “BizRobo! Lite,” which can be used from a small start to use throughout the hospital.
