In a survey conducted by Hacobu in September 2024, the challenges in improving logistics efficiency were “difficult to achieve cost-effectiveness (26.0%)” and “lack of understanding from business partners (13.0%),” followed by “lack of personnel with the know-how (11.0%)” and “lack of leaders who can lead the effort (10.3%)”. This shows that the current situation is one in which a shortage of personnel is making logistics optimization difficult.
