“GrowOne HR SX/Payroll SX” provided by Nisseicom is a HR/payroll platform that comprehensively manages basic employee information, payroll and bonus data, and all HR information required for payroll calculations. It is highly regarded for its high level of security, intuitive operation, and flexibility that can handle complex payroll systems, and has a strong track record of implementation in a wide range of companies, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations.
This collaboration will synchronize information between the two systems in real time, resulting in more efficient operations. In addition, salary information will be displayed on our talent management system, “カオナビ,” and we can expect to see new uses for data, such as analysis comparing ability and compensation. We have had a sales partnership with Nisseicom for some time, and this API collaboration will allow us to mutually increase the value of our services and further accelerate our expansion into the market.
