テックプレイ、仙台市のデジタル人材育成事業を支援

TECH PLAY, operated by TECH PLAY Company, a member of the Persol Group’s Persol Innovation Co., Ltd., which has a vision of “Work and smile,” provides support services for empowering technology talent and building digital transformation organizations for companies with 280,000 members. Starting this year, TECH PLAY will begin supporting the “Sendai City Regional Business Collaboration Project to Develop and Secure Digital Talent,” which adds a project to develop digital talent both within and outside the Sendai city area to the “Sendai City IT Talent UIJ-Turn Promotion Project” that it has been supporting since 2024. Through the Sendai City IT Talent UIJ-Turn Promotion Project and the digital talent development project, we will increase the number of talents who use the power of technology to tackle local issues in Sendai.

This project, which began in 2024, aims to provide an opportunity for digital talent outside Sendai to “consider working and living in Sendai” through the dissemination of local companies that solve various local issues in Sendai using the power of technology and the content of their efforts, as well as through interactions with the digital talent that promotes these efforts. This year, we are planning events for Days 1 to 3, including one online seminar, one ideathon in Tokyo, and one offline event in Sendai. Through the three events, participants will be able to learn about the overview of technology utilization in Sendai, think deeply about the issues facing the city, and actually go to see the site.

今年度よりスタートする本プログラムは、仙台へのUターン・Jターンに興味がある方、仙台在住でITスキルアップに興味がある方など、IT未経験者を対象としたプログラムです。8日間のオンラインカリキュラムを通じて、デジタル全般のスキル習得やソフトウェア開発を体験することができます。また、仙台市内のIT企業との交流会も予定しており、仙台での新たなキャリアを考えるきっかけを提供します。
