近畿日本鉄道と近鉄グループが「SmartHR」を開始

The cloud-based human resources and labor management software “SmartHR” operated by SmartHR Co., Ltd. has been introduced by Kintetsu Railway Co., Ltd. and Kintetsu Group Holdings Co., Ltd.

近鉄グループは、近鉄グループホールディングス株式会社を持株会社として、交通事業、不動産事業、国際物流事業、流通事業、ホテル・レジャー事業など、暮らしに関わるさまざまな事業を展開しています。なかでも近鉄鉄道は、近畿・東海の2府3県にまたがる国内私鉄最長の500kmを超える路線で、都市間輸送、観光輸送、郊外輸送、地域輸送などさまざまな役割を担う、近鉄グループの中核企業のひとつです。

近畿日本鉄道株式会社では、現在約8,000名の従業員が在籍していますが、これまで雇用契約書などの入社手続きや従業員からの情報申請、会社から従業員への通知などはすべて紙ベースで行われており、各部門の人事・労務担当者の負担が大きくなっていました。また、人事考課や研修受講履歴、キャリア希望など従業員固有の情報は表計算ソフトで個別に管理されており、申請手続きの効率化や従業員情報の抽出に課題がありました。

With “SmartHR,” employees can apply via their own smartphones or PCs, allowing HR and labor personnel to manage the necessary information online in a paperless manner. By centrally managing the latest employee information online, the necessary information can be extracted instantly, greatly streamlining the operation and management of employee information and application procedures. In addition, the “Notification Function” on the employee portal, which is the home screen of “SmartHR,” allows the company to send timely information to employees. For this reason, it was highly praised as a front-line system that connects companies and employees to directly inform and disseminate the company’s latest systems and philosophy to employees.

In addition, the introduction of “スマートHR” at 近鉄での導入が決定しました。 近鉄グループホールディングスまた、近畿日本鉄道（株）と同じ人事基幹システムを利用している近鉄エクスプレス（株）と、近畿日本鉄道（株）の人事・労務業務を統合しました。今後も、人事・労務業務を通じて近鉄グループの生産性向上を支援していきます。
