鈴与シンワート、ココレポの婚約報道を強化

鈴与シンワート株式会社., Ltd. has announced that it will add a management report output function to the dashboard (management screen) of “Kokorepo,” a cloud service that supports improving employee engagement, and will start offering the function from June 3, 2025.

今回の管理レポート出力機能のリリースにより、社員や部門の状況をよりタイムリーに把握することが可能となります。

従業員がスマートフォンの専用アプリで始業時と終業時の気分や体調を自己申告すると、AIの表情解析画像データから元気度（起きているか、眠いか）を判定。管理職への相談・報告機能により、コミュニケーションのきっかけにもなります。また、報告時の位置情報や始業・終業時刻を客観的な記録として活用できます。
