YOUTRUST Inc., provider of the Japanese career SNS and network recruiting service “YOUTRUST,” is pleased to announce the release of “AI Talent Request,” a feature that uses AI to create a list of talents you’re interested in.
The newly released “AI Talent Request” is a recruitment support function that allows AI to automatically compile a list of talent by inputting recruitment details, personality profile, etc. in natural language (Japanese, etc.).

“AI Talent Request” is the third new feature developed by the LLM Innovation Center. It is available free of charge to paid YOUTRUST contracted companies at no additional cost.
優秀な人材を発掘する第一歩は、アプローチする相手を的確に選ぶことです。しかし実際には、多くの人材の中から最適な人材を見極めるには、検索条件の設定やプロフィールのチェックなど、複雑な判断と多くの時間と労力が必要です。
特に、採用ポジションごとに人材を選定する場合、ベテランの採用担当者でも1人あたり数十分かかることも珍しくありません。数百人の人材をリストアップする場合、この作業だけでも膨大な時間がかかってしまうのが現状です。
To solve these issues and realize smart talent discovery using AI, YOUTRUST has developed a new feature called “AI Talent Request.”
“AI Talent Request” is a function that strongly supports scouting activities. Simply enter the details of the job opening and the desired skills and personality, and AI will create a list of talent that matches the criteria from the talents on ユートラスト.
The design is such that AI will be the “starting point” of talent selection, with humans taking charge of the decision to send scouts and final communication. This allows recruiters to focus on the selection phase, which only humans can do, such as attracting and closing the deal, reducing the burden of daily operations and enabling more strategic recruitment activities.
