CTC、ウイングアーク1stとものづくりDXで提携

伊藤忠テクノソリューションズ株式会社は、企業のデータ活用を支援するソフトウェアやサービスを提供するウイングアーク1st株式会社と協業し、製造業におけるDX課題の抽出から解決に向けたシステムの提案・導入までをエンドツーエンドで支援するサービスを2025年5月より開始します。

デジタル・トランスフォーメーション（DX）により、業務から得られるデータを一元化し、リアルタイムに状況を把握し、分析結果を経営に活かす「データ・ドリブン・マネジメント」の重要性が高まっています。しかし、製造業においては、工場別管理や紙ベースの帳票管理によるデータの散在など、データの一元化に課題が残るケースもあり、効率的なデータ管理体制が求められています。

The service being offered this time is a solution for the manufacturing industry that organizes issues related to DX through interviews with management and production site personnel, and provides consistent support from system design to implementation. WingArc1st’s “DX Concept Support Service,” which supports the creation of DX concepts, will organize issues and formulate concepts, and CTC will proceed with concrete systemization including WingArc1st products. Systemization will be comprehensive, from PoC (Proof of Concept) to requirements definition, design, construction, and operation support, and will provide support to accompany customers when they build the system themselves. Training and maintenance support can also be provided by using the services of CTC System Management Co., Ltd., a CTC group company that provides IT system operation services.
