Kaminashi Corporation, which provides the on-site DX platform “Kaminashi” series, will officially launch “Kaminashi Equipment Maintenance,” a cloud service that digitizes equipment maintenance work and supports the stable operation of equipment, from February 3, 2025.
開発の背景
“Equipment maintenance” refers to activities to maintain and manage the machinery and equipment of factories and facilities in optimal condition. It mainly refers to preventive inspection and maintenance to ensure stable operation of equipment, as well as responding when breakdowns or abnormalities occur. By proactively carrying out equipment maintenance activities, companies that own equipment can prevent equipment stoppages and the production of defective products due to unexpected breakdowns, leading to improved productivity and cost reduction.
しかし、現在の製造現場は設備保全に深刻な問題を抱えています。設備保全技術者の数は、2000年からの50年間で半数以下に減少すると言われており、人手不足は今後さらに深刻化することが予想されます。また、ベテラン技術者の退職により技術やノウハウの継承が困難になるなど、設備保全の質の低下も懸念されています。さらに、様々な経済危機を背景に、工作機械や加工機を扱う製造業では、導入から15年以上経過した設備が50～80%近くあり、設備の老朽化が進んでいます。そのため、設備保全コストの増加や突発的な故障リスクの増大が顕著となり、企業の安定経営を脅かしています。

Against this backdrop, Kaminashi has begun offering a new service called “Kaminashi Equipment Maintenance.” “Kaminashi Equipment Maintenance” is a system that aims to minimize equipment failures and outages by enabling data-based maintenance activities through centralized management of records of failure history and maintenance plans in charts created for each piece of equipment.
