Tokyo’s Asuene Co., Ltd. is a top player in carbon accounting and sustainability management. They have acquired Iconic Air, Inc., a U.S. firm focused on GHG visualization and methane leak management SaaS. This is Asuene’s second acquisition in the U.S., after NZero. This move shows Asuene’s dedication to growing in the U.S. sustainability and climate tech market. It also improves its tech skills in tracking emissions and managing environmental data.
アスエネがシリーズC2資金調達ラウンドの最終クローズを発表。買収と合わせ、これまでに総額115億円を調達。今回のラウンドでは7億8,000万円を新たに調達。出資者は日揮みらいインベストメント、ソニーフィナンシャルベンチャーズ、三井住友フィナンシャルグループなど。また、22億円は株式の売出しによるもの。
