本覚書の下、両社は水素の貯蔵・輸送および現地で必要とされる水素ステーション機器の共同開発を行います。Hydrexiaは、YamatoH2Eに先進的なマグネシウムベースの固体水素貯蔵技術および水素ステーション技術を提供し、YamatoH2Eは、Hydrexiaの技術を統合するシステムインテグレーターおよびチャネルパートナーとして活動します。また、YamatoH2Eは、共同開発した製品を現地市場向けに販売・マーケティングを行います。
