バイウィル社との資本・業務提携について

SCSK Corporation and ByWill Co., Ltd. have entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of promoting decarbonization and accelerating GX (Green Transformation). As part of this alliance, SCSK has underwritten ByWill’s third-party allocation of new shares.

カーボンフリー社会の実現に向けて、企業は企業単位での取り組みから、サプライチェーンや地域へと取り組みを広げています。GXを加速させるためには、取引先や自治体、地域金融機関などのステークホルダーとの協働を支援する仕組みが不可欠です。

SCSK provides services to support GX based on the digital and IT technologies it has cultivated over many years, and in July began offering “CO×CO Karte (Coco Karte),” a CO2 emissions calculation service for small and medium-sized enterprises.

一方、バイウィルは全国47都道府県でのカーボンニュートラルの実現を目指し、炭素クレジットを中心に脱炭素化への貢献を収益機会に変えるソリューションを提供。これまでに全国120以上の自治体や地域金融機関と連携し、地域経済と連動したGXを推進。また、ブランディングを通じて脱炭素活動を広く発信することで、企業や地域の価値向上にも貢献しています。

Through this partnership, we aim to combine SCSK’s GX solutions, which utilize digital and IT technologies, with BuyWill’s comprehensive know-how on environmental value and decarbonization management, to build a system that transforms the “burden” that companies face in responding to decarbonization into an “opportunity for growth.”
