Tobira Systems Co., Ltd. has signed a sales agency agreement with SKI Corporation, which operates a mobile phone sales business mainly in Aichi, Shizuoka and Kanagawa prefectures, in order to further expand the provision of its cloud-based business phone service “Tobira Phone Cloud” for corporate customers.
“Tobira Phone Cloud” provided by Tobira Systems is a cloud-based business phone service that allows you to use IP phone numbers beginning with area codes or “050” by installing a dedicated app on your smartphone. In addition to being able to use functions necessary for business calls such as external lines, internal lines, and call forwarding, it also comes standard with call recording and recording notification, which are effective in preventing customer harassment, as well as an IVR (interactive voice response system) and voice-to-text conversion, which support business efficiency.
SKI sells mobile phones, brokers mobile communication services, and provides related services, and operates 48 SoftBank and Y!mobile shops mainly in Aichi, Shizuoka, and Kanagawa prefectures. In recent years, the company has also been focusing on digital transformation consulting services for corporations that utilize mobile devices, and the high compatibility with Tobira Systems’ “Tobira Phone Cloud” in terms of supporting business efficiency led to the conclusion of this distributorship agreement.
