浅田レディースクリニック そして 日本IBM announced that they had jointly developed a chatbot called “Chatbot Asada Sensei” that uses generative AI to answer questions about infertility treatment. It was released online on the same day. This chatbot allows individuals and their families to easily ask about their concerns about infertility treatment. The chatbot uses search augmentation and generation (RAG) architecture.
Specifically, the generative AI answers users’ questions based on information about infertility treatment written or supervised by the hospital’s chairman. This allows reliable answers to be provided not only to general questions about infertility treatment, but also to questions about the hospital’s unique treatment methods. In addition, the source of the answer is presented to ensure that users can use the service with peace of mind. Microsoft’s “Azure OpenAI Service” is used to generate the answers. Potential patients considering infertility treatment often gather information on social media and other platforms. However, even in today’s world where the Internet has developed, it remains a major challenge to accurately obtain reliable information about infertility treatment.
