ネオジャパン、ネオAIチャットをdesknet'sプラットフォーム向けに提供開始

NeoJapan Inc. will begin offering “neoAI Chat for desknet’s,” a generative AI platform that combines internal data with generative AI without coding, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. At the same time, the company will also begin offering groupware version “desknet’s NEO” V9.5 and business chat “ChatLuck” V6.7, which are compatible with AI assistants created with “neoAI Chat for desknet’s.”

“neoAI Chat for desknet’s” is a dedicated model for neoJapan customers of the generative AI platform “neoAI Chat,” realized through a business partnership with neoAI Inc., a startup spun out of the Matsuo Lab at the University of Tokyo.

While maintaining the functionality, performance, and security of “neoAI Chat,” AI assistants created with “neoAI Chat” will also be available to users of “desknet’s NEO” and “ChatLuck.” By separating the creator and user of the AI ​​assistant, management burdens are reduced and operational costs are optimized.
