Pluszero Inc., which provides, develops, maintains, and operates various technology solutions such as AI and natural language processing, has jointly developed the AI operator “miraio” with Upsell Technologies Inc. and will begin selling it from today.
“miraio” is an AI agent for call centers that combines “AEI (Artificial Elastic Intelligence),” an AI developed by Plus Zero that can understand meaning like a human, with アップセル・テクノロジーズ‘ patented technology, “automatic generation of talk scripts by AI,” to provide advanced language processing and conversational capabilities and minimize the risk of hallucination.
PlusZero’s “AEI (Artificial Elastic Intelligence)” is an original concept of PlusZero, which focuses on the field of natural language processing and refers to “AI that can perform tasks like humans within a specific limited range of work.” Instead of “general artificial intelligence,” which is considered difficult to achieve with current AI technology, PlusZero is developing “AEI,” a technology that enables work to be performed at a practical level by narrowing down to specific conditions. “AEI” has the characteristic of being able to increase the reliability of AI chat services that use LLM (large-scale language model), which has been monopolizing the topic recently. The direction of the solution to the spread of large-scale language model technology is presented in the form of “trusted AI” and “responsible AI,” and “AEI” is the embodiment of that.
