株式会社シーズリンクと株式会社エス・エム・エスデータテックは、デジタルトランスフォーメーション支援分野における新たなシナジーの構築を目指し、資本業務提携を締結したことを発表しました。SMSデータテックはシーズリンクに出資し、両社は営業・開発の両面で戦略的な協業体制を構築します。

As digital transformation (DX) at companies both in Japan and overseas progresses rapidly, the limitations of one-stop support by a single company have been pointed out. Against this backdrop, Seeds Link and SMS Datatech have decided to build a collaborative structure that leverages each other’s areas of expertise, aiming to provide higher added-value IT services.

This partnership will be an important step in creating market value by complementing each other’s resources and knowledge between Seeds Link, which has strengths in the field of sales and marketing digital transformation, and SMS Data Tech, which has abundant technological assets including business application development.
