ソフトクリエイト、セーフAIに一般公開用チャットボット機能を追加

SoftCreate Inc. is pleased to announce that it has added a function to make chatbots publicly available to the public in its generative AI service for companies and organizations, “Safe AI Gateway.”

チャットボットごとに専用のURLを発行し、ユーザーはそのURLにアクセスするだけでチャットボットを利用することができます。本機能は、ユーザー認証を行わずに様々な用途でチャットボットを利用したいというニーズに応えるもので、2025年4月16日（水）より提供を開始しました。

“Safe AI Gateway” is a generative AI released by SoftCreate on February 20, 2024, with a focus on safety and use by companies and organizations as “AI that can be used safely at work.” It seamlessly learns the company’s own files, data, and systems. It provides a chat environment using a secure large-scale language model (LLM), and data such as chat history is stored in an independent environment for each customer and is not used for AI learning, making it a design that takes safety into consideration.
