HACARUS Inc. will begin selling its new visual inspection AI software, “HACARUS Check ZERO,” from Wednesday, July 9, 2025.
従来の ハカルス Check AI software’s feature of being able to perform inspections with only a small amount of good product learning, this product is equipped with “dual tuning”, an additional learning function that uses annotations of defective and good products. It is possible to continuously improve accuracy, aiming for zero oversights and zero overdetections. In addition, the newly revamped user interface has improved operability.

This product will be demonstrated at the “MONODZUKURI WORLD [Tokyo] / 7th Measurement, Inspection and Sensor Expo” to be held at Makuhari Messe from Wednesday, July 9th to Friday, July 11th, 2025, where visitors will be able to see its actual performance.
