As part of our efforts to proactively utilize AI technology, we have begun incorporating a reservation function using an AI agent into our private transfer service, “Chartered Jumbo Taxi,” from among the services we provide, including Airport Shuttle. Specifically, by utilizing the AI agent, you can easily reserve and use the “Chartered Jumbo Taxi” service by simply entering the date, time, duration, and route required for using the service into the AI agent through natural interaction.

As for future developments, we aim to first introduce an AI agent as a contact point for all services provided by NearMe by the end of 2025. Furthermore, for the “Chartered Jumbo Taxi” service, we plan to develop a service that will suggest more efficient routes and times that avoid peak hours based on the operation information entered by the user, based on our track record of providing the service to date. Furthermore, we aim to provide a more effective travel experience by developing an AI agent that can provide customer service activities that meet the various requests of customers who make reservations, such as suggesting additional stops along the way and guiding them on recommended lengths of stay at stay spots, based on the interests of those who have made reservations for the service.
