Going forward, the two companies will collaborate in both comprehensive technology development and business, embarking on the development of a smart glasses solution that “digitizes human vision” and taking on the challenge of perpetuating human memory by recording, storing, and sharing individual visual experiences.
Visualsyn is an XR technology company founded in Austin, Texas, USA in November 2024, that provides a space and object editing platform that runs on a web browser. The company’s AI-powered XR content production platform, Glinda AIMI, integrates the content creation process of asset generation, content editing, and publishing into a single workflow, creating an environment where companies and users can create user-generated content (UGC) without any technical expertise.
In this business alliance, we will combine our PAI technology with Visualsyn’s “Glinda AIMI” to jointly develop a smart glasses solution that can memorize, reproduce, and share people’s visual information in high-precision 3D. In this solution, visual information collected by each user’s personally owned smart glasses will become important data for building each person’s PAI (personal AI). We believe that collaborating with Visualsyn to promote the development and provision of this solution will contribute to the permanent preservation of personal memories.
