Stockmark Inc. and Aidemy Inc. will begin collaborating to provide comprehensive support from cultivating DX talent in the age of generative AI to developing generative AI systems optimized for each company’s business processes, thereby helping companies realize AIX (AI Transformation).
While generative AI technology is rapidly evolving and spreading within companies, Japan will rank 29th out of 38 member countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in terms of hourly labor productivity in 2023 at $56.8, making it urgent for companies to improve their “ability to produce results.” Furthermore, in the “DX Trends 2024 Survey” conducted by the Information-Technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA), 58.2% of companies responded that “there is a significant shortage of human resources to promote DX,” and the gap between expectations for advanced digital technologies such as generative AI and the skills gap between organizations and employees is becoming even more serious.
