In order to strengthen security governance, Seven & i Netmedia has introduced Encourage Technology’s next-generation privileged ID management tool “ESS AdminONE” and evidence audit tool “ESS REC”. This has enabled comprehensive and efficient privileged access management for important systems of Seven & i Group companies. Encourage Technology announced this on May 20th. With this introduction, only workers approved in the ESS AdminONE work application workflow can perform work with the temporarily loaned privileged ID. As a result, password changes for each work, which were difficult to do manually, are automatically performed by ESS AdminONE after the work is completed.
