TradeWaltz社とCyberport社が協業を開始

TradeWaltz Inc., which operates the commercial distribution information platform “TradeWaltz®,” and the Port and Harbor Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, which operates the port logistics information platform “Cyberport,” will begin using a new function that links the two systems from July 25th.

Efforts to improve the productivity of Japan’s overall trade procedures

In Japan, various trade platforms have been established by the private sector and the government, and digitalization is progressing for each procedure. In order to improve the productivity of Japan’s trade procedures as a whole in the future, it is necessary to attempt to link these platforms so that data re-entry between them is not required.

従来、物流会社が荷主から輸出入通関の依頼を受けた場合、紙やメールでやり取りを行い、物量などの情報を社内システムに入力し直す必要がありました。

の間のリンク機能が利用可能になりました。 トレードワルツ そして サイバーポート これにより、輸出入通関に必要なインボイス、パッキングリスト、船積指示書などの書類を、TradeWaltzからCyberportへデジタル転送することが可能となります。これにより、「Cyberport」を利用する物流事業者は、「TradeWaltz」を利用する荷主からの依頼を「TradeWaltz」を経由して受け取り、その後の通関手続き等を再入力することなく行うことが可能となります。
