シャープ will launch “eAssistant Minutes,” a meeting minutes creation support solution that utilizes its proprietary edge AI technology, for corporate use in mid-March of this year.
多くの企業が業務の効率化に取り組む中、会議などの議事録作成には一定の時間がかかり、また、会議に参加しながらメモを取る必要があるため、作成者の負担が大きく、議論に集中しにくいという課題があります。クラウドAIを活用した議事録作成・要約サービスが普及する一方で、機密情報が含まれる会議内容をクラウド上にアップロードすることへのセキュリティ上の懸念から、導入に二の足を踏む企業も少なくありません。
“eAssistant Minutes” uses our proprietary edge AI technology “CE-LLM” to automatically create minutes without connecting to an external network. The main unit is installed in a conference room or a business meeting room. When a meeting is held, it connects to a host computer with a dedicated application installed via the in-house network. When the meeting begins, the entire conversation is instantly transcribed and a summary is automatically generated every certain amount. Other participants can immediately check the transcript and summary content on the browser, as well as from the app on the host computer. It also has a speaker separation function. From “transcription” to “speaker separation” and “summary generation”, everything is processed by the edge AI installed in this unit, reducing the risk of information leakage via the network.

会議が終了すると、テープ起こし、要約データ、音声データまで自動的にホストコンピュータにのみ保存され、本体内のデータは削除されます。アプリケーション上で再度聞きたい部分をクリックするだけで、必要な部分だけを簡単に聞くことができます。
